Network Infrastructure - We work with you to provide expert premises wiring services including structured wiring for Ethernet and fiber optics. We deploy physical and logical segmentation using managed network switches.
Internet Connectivity - We recommend and help customers manage bandwidth providers, whether DSL, cable modem, T-1, or local fiber loop. We provide full Internet domain and DNS services.
IP Telephony - We install and support ShoreTel VoIP messaging systems, and we provide complete technical services, including assistance choosing bandwidth providers.
Network Servers - We install and support rack and free-standing servers, including uninterruptible power management, complete Active Directory network topology and server-based management, antivirus protection, and data backup solutions.
Desktop Computers - We provide Windows-based workstations for every user need, including standard productivity applications, client protection and management utilities.
Secure Remote Client Access - Using SSL-VPN technology, we provide our clients with a web portal through which users can securely access office resources. Permissions are granular so each remote user has exactly the access required to do their job.
Remote Monitoring and Updating - We use enterprise class remote management products in conjunction with our own hardened redundant network to proactively monitor your network around the clock. We typically know about, and often fix, problems before you are even aware of them. We keep your systems up to date with the latest Windows and Office patches, service packs, and hotfixes, which we test and deploy once they are proven to be trouble-free.
24 x 7 x 365 Support - We maintain a helpdesk ticketing system to ensure that any issues you report are centrally managed and tracked; each issue is owned by a technician, and any of our staff can instantly see the history and status and act accordingly. Maintenance and upgrade work is planned in advance and scheduled to minimize or eliminate interruptions during your normal working hours or any mission critical periods.
