Providing support after the installation is a key part of the services provided by Network Focus. We utilize both industry standard network monitoring tools and proprietary tools which provide an in-depth view of the status of both the network and the individual workstations.
Our network management center provides warnings, both visibly, and as paging alerts, for network errors, equipment failures and out-of-resource situations. We also have the ability to provide these same alerts to our customers.
Utilizing our tools, we can also provide detailed support to end-users, right at their desk by monitoring activities and observing customer interactions.
These types of capabilities, previously available to only the largest corporations, are one of the key items which sets Network Focus apart from other alternatives for complete network monitoring and support.
